This is an agreement between https://turntv.org (this website) and the purchaser of any product or service from this website. By accepting these terms during checkout you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

Authorization 

By making a payment on turntv.org using the payment processor you acknowledge that you, the cardholder, are authorized to make this payment. You acknowledge you have the cardholder’s permission to be making any payment under their name or that you are the cardholder making the payment. You also acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.

Requirements 

You must have a supported device and high-speed internet. A speed of 80 Mbps on the device you are using is recommended. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. If your Internet provider is throttling or blocking Turn TV, a VPN is highly recommended on the device you use to stream to prevent Turn TV from being blocked.

Refunds 

All payments under this Agreement are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. All sales are final. We suggest getting a 24-hour trial before buying a higher-priced package.

After Your Purchase 

Accounts usually take 30 minutes to activate; however, some accounts are activated much later. An email with your username and login will be sent immediately after your account has been activated. Please read the Install page that can be found at the top of our website under the “Install” tab.

Support 

We offer support for the duration of your subscription via email. Email support@turntv.org and it may take up to 12 hours for a response as the team is available Monday - Sunday 7am -7pm EST.

Content 

In order to keep the service running at its best, you may experience intermittent downtime for maintenance and upgrades. In no way is IPTV perfect, so there will be channels without guide information sometimes and other minor issues from time to time.

MAC

Limitations MAC Accounts are for one device only. The MAC you use with your purchase cannot be changed after purchase. To use Smart STB, you must purchase a username/password account and then generate an m3u link for your STB. Do not purchase a MAC account if you are using Smart STB emulator
