For Fire Stick, Fire TV, Fire Cube:
- If your Fire Device isn’t already in developer mode, go to Settings -> My Fire TV -> About.
- At the name of the device (e.g., Fire TV Stick 4K), click the action button (center wheel) several times until it says “You are now a developer”.
- Go to Settings -> My Fire TV -> Developer options and set “Apps from Unknown Sources” to “ON”.
- Go back to the main menu and select the search icon.
- Search for “Downloader” and download the app.
- Use the Downloader app to install Turn TV by typing in URL – 368679.
- Login with the username and password you received in email.
For Android Phone:
- In your browser, input http://tinyurl.com/47yf29ps
- Download the APK file.
- Once downloaded, open and install.
- If you get a warning, continue—the app is safe and secure, just not in the Google Store.
- Login with the username and password you received in email.
For Android Box, Google Chromecast & TV, Walmart ONN Products:
- If you need to turn on developer options, go to Settings (gear icon) -> About -> Android TV OS.
- Click the action button or wheel several times until developer options are turned on.

For PC:
- In your browser, input http://thewebplayer.tv
- Login with the username and password you received in email.
For IPTV Smarters_V2.4.exe:
- Enter any name, your username, password, and in the fourth box, enter http://tvcloud.ltd:25461

Buffering Issues
Buffering can be frustrating. Turn TV strives to keep its servers running at peak performance to avoid buffering or freezing. However, if you are experiencing buffering, the issue may be resolved with one of the tips below:
Internet Connection
- We recommend a speed of 80 Mbps or higher for smooth streaming. Test your internet speed at fast.com or speedtest.net to ensure you’re getting sufficient speeds. Test the speed from the device experiencing issues.
WiFi Usage
- Ensure no other devices are using up most of your internet speed. Check connected devices and ensure your streaming device is within range to receive a good signal.
Streaming Device
- Older devices may not have enough storage or memory to run newer apps smoothly. Uninstall unnecessary apps and close background apps. Consider upgrading your device if it’s older than a few years. The Amazon Fire TV 4K Stick and Walmart ONN Google TV Streaming are affordable and perform well with Turn TV. For a higher-end option, look into the Nvidia Shield TV.
ISP Throttling
- Your internet provider may be intentionally slowing down or blocking streaming services. This can be resolved by using a VPN service on your streaming device.
Rebooting
- Sometimes the issue can be resolved by a simple reboot. Unplug your streaming device and router/modem, wait a few minutes, then plug them back in.
Other Tips
- Use a hardwired Ethernet connection for the best results. Ensure no apps are running in the background. Adjust your app settings to meet your device’s capabilities. If buffering only occurs during peak hours, you may need to upgrade your internet service or change providers. If buffering occurs only on 1080 channels, consider upgrading your internet service or streaming device.

Requirements
You must have a supported device and high-speed internet. A speed of 80 Mbps on the device you are using is recommended. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. If your Internet provider is throttling or blocking Turn TV, a VPN is highly recommended on the device you use to stream to prevent Turn TV from being blocked.
Refunds
All payments under this Agreement are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. All sales are final. We suggest getting a 24-hour trial before buying a higher-priced package.
After Your Purchase
Accounts usually take 30 minutes to activate; however, some accounts are activated much later. An email with your username and login will be sent immediately after your account has been activated. Please read the Install page that can be found at the top of our website under the “Install” tab.

Content
In order to keep the service running at its best, you may experience intermittent downtime for maintenance and upgrades. In no way is IPTV perfect, so there will be channels without guide information sometimes and other minor issues from time to time.
MAC
Limitations MAC Accounts are for one device only. The MAC you use with your purchase cannot be changed after purchase. To use Smart STB, you must purchase a username/password account and then generate an m3u link for your STB. Do not purchase a MAC account if you are using Smart STB emulator
